Dr Joachim Herrmann. Management.
Dr Joachim Herrmann was appointed managing director of H-TEC SYSTEMS GmbH in 2018 for the Technology and Research & Development departments. He has worked in the Research & Development department of the GP JOULE Group since 2010 and in recent years played a decisive role in getting H-TEC SYSTEMS's PEM electrolysers ready for the market. Prior to this, the doctorate-holding physicist worked for several years as a research associate at the Max Planck Institute for Plasma Physics, focusing on system and energy studies as well as urban energy supply.
Frank Zimmermann. Management.
Frank Zimmermann is responsible for business matters, including finance, marketing, sales and HR. Before joining the company in November 2017, the business graduate held management positions in several technology corporations. He has many years of experience in the areas of corporate financing and the execution of corporate transactions. In particular, he brings extensive expertise in the context of M & A as well as relevant know-how in the area of strategy and change management.
The management board is completed by the managing partner Heinrich Gärtner, who focus on strategic corporate management. Heinrich Gärtner is a founder and managing director of the GP JOULE Group, which invested in H-TEC SYSTEMS in the year 2010.
